REST

Modern high-performance lifestyles and intense alpine training can keep the nervous system locked in a chronic, low-grade sympathetic state ("fight-or-flight"). This session uses a controlled, lower-intensity Conscious Connected Breathwork pattern, paired with tactile diaphragmatic bracing. By working with the breathing economy, we aim to support vagal tone, encourage lower cortisol, and help build Heart Rate Variability over time.

Intensity: Low to medium
Session Length: 90 minutes (including arrival, breathwork and integration).
The Outcome: A felt sense of deep tissue recovery, a lower resting heart rate, and an immediate reset for an over-stimulated nervous system.

REFLECT

This session uses continuous, circular breathing to bring on a transient state of hypocapnia (reduced carbon dioxide in the blood), which temporarily shifts blood pH. This physiological shift is associated with a quieting of the brain's Default Mode Network (DMN) — the network linked to the "inner critic," rumination, and mental fatigue. As the DMN settles, many people find subconscious stress and emotional tension have more room to safely surface and move through.

Intensity:  Medium to high
Session Length: 90 minutes (including arrival, breathwork & integration).
The Outcome: A felt sense of psychological clarity, neural decompression, and release of deep-seated tension.

RECOVER

Built specifically for trail runners, climbers, mountaineers, and endurance athletes. This session uses Conscious Connected Breathwork to explore and expand physical breathing mechanics under a controlled stress response. We focus on diaphragmatic capacity, intercostal flexibility, and working with the psychological edge of "air hunger." By practising a rhythmic, steady state under increased respiratory demand, many athletes find it easier to stay calm during high-exertion alpine efforts.

Intensity: Medium
Session Length: 90 minutes (including arrival, breathwork & integration).
The Outcome: Greater respiratory muscle endurance, improved CO2 tolerance, and steadier focus under physical pressure.

DISCOVER

This session uses Conscious Connected Breathwork at a sustained, higher-volume rhythm to quiet the mind's habitual analysis and open space for a more expansive, associative way of thinking. As the breath settles into a continuous pattern, many people notice the usual loop of over-thinking and rumination begin to recede, creating room for fresh perspective on a problem, a decision, or a pattern they've been circling.

Intensity: Medium to High
Session Length: 90 minutes (including arrival, breathwork and integration).
The Outcome: Expanded perspective, quieter mental noise, and room for insight to surface.

A Conscious Connected Breathwork session. Extended, multi-hour depth protocols are part of future training work and are not part of this session.

THE FOUNDATION

Hi, I’m Rachel.

I’m a biological scientist (BSc, UCL) with 25 years of corporate leadership and global execution experience. After decades navigating high-pressure corporate environments, I realised that true resilience requires bridging rigorous physiology with deep, elemental practice.

Drawing on foundational insights from the science of well-being (Yale), our methods strip away the fluff of modern wellness trends. We use the precise mechanics of respiratory science to steady the nervous system, establishing the psychological safety needed to explore deeper somatic states.

By anchoring ancient, nature-immersive lineages in modern biology, we create a structured gateway to deep clarity—whether you are navigating a demanding boardroom or connecting back to the elements.

Fully insured for professional practice in France (RC Pro).
